We generally advise booking your session approximately 60 days prior to your event to secure your preferred dates and ensure availability. Nonetheless, if our schedule permits, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs.

Indeed, we provide a selection of 3 to 4 distinct packages, ranging from Basic to Luxury, to cater to your individual preferences and needs.

Our booking process entails the following steps:

1. Initial Inquiry
2. Sending of Packages
3. In-person or Virtual Meeting
4. Review and Signing of Contract
5. Payment of 50% Security Deposit

Online transfers and Check. 

Certainly, we do accept credit card payments. Please note that there will be a transaction fee ranging from 7 to 11%.

Certainly, we provide an array of wall art options to showcase your photos in a stunning and enduring manner. Additionally, many of our packages include wall art as part of the offering.

Typically, you can expect to receive the final images within 1 to 8 weeks. However, during peak seasons, it may take up to 12 weeks for delivery.

We do not provide raw pictures or videos for free of cost due to several reasons:

1. Quality Control: Raw files require professional editing and processing to achieve the desired quality and aesthetic. Providing raw files without editing may not meet our standards or your expectations.
2. Intellectual Property Protection: Raw files contain unprocessed data and may not accurately represent the final vision of the photographer or videographer. Protecting our intellectual property rights ensures the integrity of our work.
3. Client Satisfaction: Our expertise lies in curating and enhancing images and videos to produce stunning final products. By delivering edited files, we ensure that you receive the best possible results that meet your expectations.
4. Professionalism: Offering raw files without editing may diminish the professionalism of our services. We aim to provide a polished and refined end product that reflects our commitment to quality.
5. Legal and Contractual Obligations: Providing raw files may violate the terms of our contracts or agreements with clients, which specify the deliverables and usage rights associated with our services.
